Request Without Reinstalling

Write an Account Deletion Request

Send to: kksshh4848@gmail.com

If your email app does not open, copy the address above and send the message using your email service.

  1. If possible, send the request from the Google email address used to sign in to the game.
  2. Use this exact Korean subject: 「꾸깃의 작은 탐험단 계정 삭제 요청」and clearly state that you want to permanently delete your game account and server progress.
  3. Include your sign-in provider (Google) and account email. If sending from a different address, also provide an email where you can receive replies.
  4. The operator will reply with ownership verification steps. Only the minimum necessary checks are performed to prevent deletion of someone else's account. If you cannot access the sign-in email, tell us and we will explain another verification method.

Do not send your Google password, one-time verification codes, phone passcode, card numbers, or identity documents. We do not ask for this information. Clicking an email link on this page does not delete anything or automatically send an email.

Processing Time & Confirmation

After receipt and ownership verification, our operational target is completion within 7 days. If verification takes longer or handling is delayed, we will email you the reason and estimated completion date. We will also reply with the result. If further verification is needed, you can use the email guidance instead of reinstalling.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Sign in to the game account you want to delete.
  2. Open “Account” on the course selection screen.
  3. Open “Delete account,” review what will be deleted, and select “Permanently delete account and cloud save.”
  4. Check for the deletion-complete message. A network or server error means deletion has not been confirmed; try again or contact the email above.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After the app confirms successful deletion, the deleted account's cache on that device is also cleared. Local caches on other devices are not all immediately erased remotely. Deleting the server account does not delete your Google account. Deleted game accounts and server progress cannot be restored.

Records That May Be Retained Separately

Purchased gem sales are not currently offered, and no purchase verification records were present when checked on October 16, 2026. Provider access, security, and authentication logs are processed separately from server progress. You may use the same email to request access to or deletion of these records. If any data remains after processing, we will explain why and the retention rules.

Deletion-related emails are processed for as long as needed to fulfill requests, verify ownership, and communicate results. Our operational standard is to promptly remove unnecessary personal information after handling is complete. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Delete Guest Progress Only

Guests do not have a server game account. In Android settings, use “Apps → Kkugit's Little Expedition → Storage → Clear data,” or uninstall the app, to erase guest progress on that device. Menu names may vary by device version. On the web, clear this site's data in your browser. This progress cannot be restored from the server.

Inquiry record retention

Support and deletion-request email addresses, messages and attachments are used to handle the request and verify ownership. The operator manually deletes or clears the original and any identified separate copies 30 days after the inquiry is closed. This is an operating procedure, not an automatic deletion feature. If a legal retention duty or an ongoing dispute or security incident requires additional retention, we explain the necessary items, reason and period separately. This does not promise simultaneous permanent erasure of the email provider's Trash, recovery or backup copies.
